Please hold on to this thought: I also had a child die 28 years ago, and I was just 20 when my mother died of cancer. I know those horrendous memories of those last few weeks and days that you talked about are. I well relate to the sentiment when you say in earlier videos that time doesnt heal. You were saying this a year after Charlotte's passing. Its only been a couple of years for you. I'm here to tell you that those terrible memories will gradually fade over the years. You wont forget, but the pain associated with them fades - a lot. It is going to get better with time. I also told people one and two years after the passing that time does not heal. That I would NEVER get over this. Life is never the same, but a different life can be bearable with time. You ARE going to be OK, despite what you think - PROMISE. You will feel normal again - like before this tragedy happened. NEVER did I believe I would ever recover, but I did. And so will you. xx
Ive just started watching your videos. I had watched a few of Charlotte's videos. My husband of 44 years was diagnosed with brain cancer glioblastoma grade 4 Hes had surgery radiation and is doing chemotherapy Hes going to be on his 4th high dose of chemotherapy This is very hard to watch. God Bless you and your family
