    Thanks for posting! I am suffering from disc bulge pain for past 3 years. No workout plan has stood correct in my pain because nobody understood the pain management part of it as a trainer. I will follow your routines now. Let's see how the results are.

      My calf muscles got small tear after calf raises and shin splints. Wasn't able to walk for a week. Any tips?
