    No it's definitely spitting image.. originally That's how it was but it has changed to spitting image and it will ever be that for a while

    I'm English just one thing.... its pronounced spit 'n' image. However since the popular UK TV programme from the 1980's it now ok to say spitting image. As English has always been a developing language so meanings of words and sayings change. According to your logic "he's gay" means he's bright happy and full of fun. Oh and never say " he's Randy he's full of spunk" in the UK .....look it up

    One i think if your walking and not on a sail boat its a track or path it derived from its not wrong people changed it to be more appropriate in a general conversation wen your not on a sail boat i bet this guy is one of those people hew uses things to belittle and discredit people such as gramer, punctuation, pronunciation. ( its tac not track )
