Mumbai Bars & Restaurants EXPOSED

Nearly two months after the state government allowed hotels and restaurants to reopen with several riders, many establishments don’t have even basic Covid-19 safety checks in place.
Mirror conducted a test drive this past Friday and found many restaurants and bars openly flouting the protocol. The mandatory temperature checks were missing at seven of the 10 establishments Mirror visited. No one stopped visitors without masks from entering some places, while at others, the staffers looked away as crowds grew. Some restobars even allowed people to queue up, instead of turning them away, when they hit their occupancy limit.
