I keep telling myself I can only control my own reactions to being targeted. I don't have to react but if or when I do that alone with alter some of my reality. Its hard not to react to the gangs talking sometimes, but most of the time I think of the outcome they could possibly happen if I always react on my emotions at the time. Its normal to get pissed off sometimes but every action done by those that stalk and harass me doesn't deserve any reaction since that's the whole point...to get me to react in a negative way each time things are done. Less is best in any stalking/ harassment situation.
