10:18 there's small correction here, ANPR cameras are not fixed on the vehicle, it is fixed on the gantry/cantilever poles across the road. It is Automatic Number Plate Recognition system to capture the image of number plate of all the vehicles passing underneath it, the image is converted to text and further checked for blacklisting/ issuing challan automatically
