    ...Thank You for keeping the "raw sound" of the bike as you ride...!!!
    ...wish more YT riders would do that as well.

    Watched several reviews of the 1250 RT and your braking at 100kph was one of the most informative items shared.

      Thanks! With every bike I ride I try to record this test. I feel like 100kmh is the most realistic speed for motorcycles. It's fun to see how each manufacturer programs their ABS computer.

      I only had my RT for a few months, was out with my wife on the back, a deer not too far ahead jumped into the road. Knowing the bike had ABS, I pulled the front lever for all it was worth. The bike slammed down from 60mph to 5mph in a very short distance. It was like dropping an anchor. No drama, no wobbling, no screeching tires, it just STOPPED.

    Merci pour ces belles et impressionnantes images de la RT ! Cette machine est une référence insurpassable. Elle permet de se déplacer rapidement bien mieux qu'une Porsche ou une Ferrari !

      @@DrSKMetz I actually just bought a 2023 myself and yes, under heavy acceleration, the exhaust gets pretty loud which is nice. Still very quiet under normal or light acceleration and cruising.

      I have the '21, and it really does bark when you pin the throttle. Over the years I've been used to very quiet, gentlemanly BMW boxers. But BMW seems to have let their hair down with this new 1250.

      @@POVmotoVIDS For local roads around a City some motorways, occasionally longer trip, maybe abroad 😀. Sometimes like u know in Poland local road turns to gravel on countryside

    • @POVmotoVIDS
      @POVmotoVIDS  Před rokem +1

      I have not spent enough time on the RT to draw a fair comparison, however I have taken the GS for some long rides covering over 1000km without proper rest, only fuel, bathroom and food stops. 99% of these trips were on tarmac and highways. For such trips I would imagine that RT would be more comfortable. The GS is too adventure like for long stretches of road, but then you can take it through some local road without the fear of loosing your wheels. When I rode the RT it felt like it was made for those 600km - 800km days, where as the GS is more like a 350km bike.
