Gremlin Solos Low Tech Star Fortress

Soloing a fully operational low tech star fortress with just a Gremlin although I needed to resupply twice (vanilla mechanic).
Vanilla combat and skills, mods used are Detailed combat report, Console Commands and personal portrait pack.
IDK if I'm gonna post the art I made for the video, not exactly something I'm either proud of or like that much. I promise to improve it for next time.

Extremely creative use of retreat + re-engagement to restock missile ammo!
I never considered the possibility of doing that, since its so much faster (and often easier) to crush enemies in a single battle, but thinking about it more broadly I think it plays into Low Techs strengths as a whole, actually. Lower CR per deployment means you can do this a few times in a row if you start at 100% CR.
Now I have something to try!

So just a heads up the missile restock only works during station battles, in regular battles it will only restore peak performance time. Not exactly sure as to the how and why it does this. I don't find I use the mechanic to often but if you have to fight 4 large fleets at once running out of peak performance time and CR is a reality. It "can" work out to be more efficient to take a hit to your CR and regain peak performance time then to hemorrhage CR to combat stresses.
