    Ingredients
    • Yogurt (Curd) - 400 gm
    • Mango chunks - 1 cup
    • Sugar - 5 to 6 tbsp
    • Cardamom powder - About a pinch
    • Chopped dryfruits
    • Saffron milk - 2 to 3 tbsp
    Recipe:
    1. Take a strainer over a bowl and place muslin cloth over it.
    2. Take 400 gms of curd/yogurt and add in it. Now gather all corners and tie tight knot.
    3. Keep this in fridge for at least 4-5 hours or overnight. So that excess water can be separated from curd.
    4. Prepare puree of one medium size mango with sugar.
    5. Prepare saffron milk by adding some strands in warm milk.
    6. After 5 hours take out prepared hung curd (mathha) into a mixing bowl. Now add cardamom powdered along with chopped dry fruits.
    7. Add mango puree and saffron milk in batches and whisk with the help of whisker till it has no lumps.
    8. You can adjust the sugar by adding powdered sugar if needed at this stage.
    9. Put it in fridge for 1-2 hours before serving and serve with hot puris or on its own…
