Rusdisha, very very very honestly, is the most beautiful runner with the most beatutfil stride i have ever seen. It's just divine how this man runs.
Well said! He runs so gracefully!
That's the nature of the Maasai tribe of Kenya
Agreed. His stride just flows so effortlessly.
Someone in the comment section on another post with Rusdisha from the London Olympic said Athing Mu runs similar to him because of her strides.
Kipchoge too
Rudisha at 500m: "Oh you guys wanna start running now?"
@Ryan DeGregorio,
Rudisha at 500m:
YOU GUYS WANT TO PLAY?
Well actually in the 800m the first half is even faster than the second.
But yea đđđ Rudisha is beast

Why Olympics should be help at fully developed countries
@@lansley8621
Not developed countries, but developed cities with lots of people and tourists. For example, Beijing did extremely well even though China has asymmetrical development withing the country.
We can actually just choose some cities around the world and rotate the event. We can add some and remove others depending on the circumstances. This way facilities would easier to maintain instead of making white elements.

It was raining A LOT that day! Tickets were too expensive (remember Brazil was in the middle of its biggest economical and political crisis)

Never noticed that. Hope he was around at the 2017 World Championships when Pierre-Ambroise Bosse won gold in the 800 meter.
If Rudisha hadnât won he would definitely have had words with his Kenyan teammate. The guy ran like an absolute twit, messing up Rudishaâs rhythm and almost tripping him up too.
Your comments made me laughđ€Łđ€Ł! Thanks!!
As a Kenyan, I approve this post.
It's part of the team plot.
@@billtev9846 in some ways, i agree with bill. guy ran a way too fast first lap, so no one else made a move.
then, rudisha got prime position in 2nd lane right behind the teammate. It was his break to make.
Rest of the field waited, rudisha got to break when he wanted, and boom. gold medal.
It is not a team sport.
For everyone who wants to skip the first few parts, the race starts at 1:37
Makhloufi got the silver in the 1500m as well!! Excellent Athlete
Algerian are also amaizng in atletics. I have seen many algerians in athletics in Olympic
@@ranahasan24 Yes, Algeria is a world powerhouse in middle distance running.
Rudisha is one of the all-time greats in middle distance. I love Olympics years.
can we have a fat rip for that kipketer guy started first and just died ahhahaa
I think he was acting as pace maker for Rudisha. His job was to maintain a fast pace through the first 400m then fade
@@ccx806 ,
No!
Kipketer is a fool!
He actually impeded Rudisha at least three times. HE is NOT a team player. He is a buffoon. I am glad he ended up where he ended. He was even busted for doping. I am Kenyan and his man is an idiot.
Almost every race iâve seen of Kipketer he flies through the first lap but always fades to lastđ€Šââïž
Tactless guy, forced into second last.
He was a rabbit for Rudisha
The guy who came second stayed in control and paced it so well

Still he forgot that he had another 400m to run.
he ran the first 400M like if it was a 600M race
I think kipketer threw the gauntlet down to foil any pre-race rudisha-personalised tactics. He's the sacrificial lamb đ that helped Rudisha to run with ease and peace of mind. Let me support my case- at some point past the bell kipketer slowed down to allow David to take over but on a second thought, he continues speeding on the bed till the homestretch when now David took charge of the race....on another day, kipketer would have won the race
What a race by Rudisha! He is a legend! You guys should upload the Rio Replay of the 200 that Bolt won at the Rio Olympics and, maybe, the heats too, like the 2012 London Games.

Thank god for Throwback Thursdays!
That Algerian guy really did well. Started slow then conquered everyone and came second.
He did a great job running more even splits. A not so usual strategy in the 800. Borzakovsky and Symmonds used it as well

It was stupid. You can't start at 1:38 pace and think you have any chance of winning.
@@landyncb8751 You're not allowed to have pacemakers in the Olympics but he was basically doing that job.
@@_Opal_Miner_ why tho. He just sabotages his chances of winning or medaling. Plus no real pacemaker would go out in such a fast pace.

Hope to see you again in 2020 Rudisha
He went from first to last.
He was also from Kenya, he prob just wanted his partner to win so he speed the pace at the beginning to hopefully tire out the other competitors. Meanwhile Rudisha was free to run his own pace.
I did not even realize the American making his move at the end. He may have even passed the Algerian. French guy ran out of gas. That was a CRAZY start.

Great that you don't put the winners in the title like other uploads. Makes a much more interesting watch
Just realizing that if not for Rudisha getting checked to the outside at the start of the second lap, he could have surged sooner and might have been able to take down his own WR by a few tenths of a second. That's insane
No lol, he would not have run 2 seconds faster. He was in 1:42 and change shape and thatâs what he ran.
@@sir_sack fam, you can literally see him get slowed down when he tried to make his move but got checked on the inside. I said he MIGHT have been in a position to take down his own WR.
