Oh boy this was amazing at about the 7 min mark the tingling on my face even felt itchy -kind of like when your foot falls asleep and while it “wakes up” i.e. circulation returns and the blood vessels open up you get the pins and needles. i was getting that on my face! so cool. At the end i felt it lighten up and then a sight breeze when you cleansed and swept the area round the screen. i feel energized. Thank you!
