- In this one my wife, Grace Turk, takes on an NFL workout on the football field and in the weight room! Grace is a 3x National Champion and 3x All-American as a softball player at the University of Oklahoma. Not bad for a housewife 😂. My son does similar workouts for baseball in terms of the agility stuff , so I figured Grace would do well with her background . Watching her you can easily identify why she was the defensive player of the year and the best shortstop in college softball . She's very light on her feet , fast footwork , strong legs and a solid core . That's tough to compete with when an individual can put all that together ! Congrats on your marriage by the way , been behind on a few videos and I hope you do well in the NFL . Way to grind and get yourself there !

I think.....that was the first time ever, that I saw Grace wear "Eye Black", during her 4 years of playing softball at OU. 🥎🥎🥎
That was an entertaining look at Grace and how she handles a NFL Workout? On the deep route, that was important to catch the ball with the hands and not the body. Overall, Grace did pretty well, for a non-football player. I look forward to the next Vlog. 😊🥰
