hey all, I'm a new Patron 💐 love your podcast. re: US installing leaders I recommend two books to read or listen if you're interested to continue getting into the sauce...Greg Grandin's Empire's New Workshop & John Perkins' Confessions of an Economic Hitman. Basically both books are about how the US destabilizes other countries via stirring economic turmoil (i.e. Thai baht crisis). Empire's Workshop is an amazing text about how Latin America was the rehearsal dinner of the US' war on the Middle East. This shit is WILD. Also for fun: How to Read Donald Duck speaks to how Disney is a fucking political machine globally (I think Ms. Antoinette mentioned this in another episode) Dr. Jared Ball from iMixWhatiLike introduced it to me -- amazing channel on CZcams if you're interested and I was lucky to hear him speak at my local community college. But anyway, I was screaming the entire time when I was reading How to Read DD.
