Men and women celebrate in Numbulwar, eastern Arnhem Land, honouring a graduate from Batchelor College, an indigenous college south of Darwin. They do traditional dances to celebrate the achievement of the college degree in traditional Aboriginal fashion.

I come from Aurukun western side of Cape York peninsula Queensland Australia I been to Numbulwar back 1985 I was then 20 years old today 2022 I'm 57 years old watching this video makes me feel like I'm 20 years old again I saw a lot of dancing back then thanks for sharing this video👍👌♥️♥️

I remember listening to this aboriginal ceremony back in 1970's on the national geogroaphic TV.
