We are Blitzing Weave Endings in Foxtrot!
In this Blitz we take a slightly different sort of look at a popular figure ending; the Weave. Weaves are a very common Foxtrot figure that often conjure up images of a far more complex movement than is actually required. All "Weaves" have the same 4 steps that make up their main construction, and a critical position from which to commence. Today, we take a look at that crucial starting position, and then the 4 quick steps that make up the guts of the figure.
So, the next time you're gliding around the floor dancing a Foxtrot, put in a weave of a sort, from that critical starting point, to your feather position finishing point!
