The long awaited PDX Mega Campaign that will span over 2000 years and over 5 Paradox Interactive games finally begins, and it begins with the first game Crusader Kings 2.
This is a story of how a city became a galactic empire. The story of 1 small, little city on the crossroads of multiple religions and cultures fighting for its survival and trying to rise up in power to be able to withstand the test of time. This small city will continue to expand and rise in power to protect its principles and fulfill its destiny of becoming an empire spanning over the entire world and eventually over the entire galaxy.
This is the first chapter in the 2000 years of PDX Mega Campaign. This chapter will define on what principles and morals this country will be built upon. This chapter will decide who will lead us into a new era.
From the hopeless medieval ages of Crusader Kings 2 to a new, hopeful exploration era of Europa Universalis 4 to a revolutionary era of the industrial age in Victoria 2 to the modern, atomic era of Hearts of Iron 4 and finally the space, galactic age of Stellaris...ONE COUNTRY, ONE NATION AND ONE PEOPLE WILL SURVIVE AND PREVAIL TO UNITE THE WORLD AND LEAD US ALL INTO A GOLDEN AGE!

Well there it is, ladies and gentlemen...The Mega Campaign has finally started and it naturally begins with Crusader Kings 2!
As mentioned at the start and end of this video, I really hope you guys enjoy this video because it took a lot of work and was probably the biggest project on this channel.
I want you to enjoy it to its fullest extent, so it's copyrighted and doesn't make any money (it's actually blocked from being viewed in Denmark but in description I put a link for Danes lol).

As a genius and masterful theologian with 30+ intelligence I got the event for the chess duel with death, it was way too close, each event was like 30% great move, 40% tied move, 30% terrible move. If you don't have the game master profession it's almost impossible to win. I survived but had to sell my daughter to live a few more years. 10/10 event, Death took away my cancer.

@@EddieBurke I wonder if one could actually defeat death in a chess duel. She has a lot of practice and probably knows all possible moves, but many of them aren't even viable much less optimal in today's chess schene.
@@oiy3308 I somehow won the duel. You need to have very high diplo stats and the game master trait. If you win you will be cured of all illnesses and get a +3 health bonus for five years. So, thanks death!

I honestly love how crusader kings is so poetic in each battle, trait, and event. Every character has a such a story behind them, and that’s what separates it from all the other paradox games.
So different than CK3
This makes me so happy, it’s incredible to have seen you come such a long way!
No exaggeration this is the highest quality channel I've found on youtube in the last year, absolutely stoked to see the next part of this quest and all the content you guys put out in the future!

This is good man. This is how you do it. Some people try to cheat to do a mega campaign quickly. Either starting on a later start date, or ending ck2 and importing the save after like 100 years. Bullshit.
You're doing it right. Starting from the earliest start date possible, and embracing the mega campaign as something so daunting that every game needs at least a cinematic length video just by itself. Props!
