The bully, as you called him, with the bald head, seemed to be making attempts to play the ball. He was hard nosed and physical. He was also late with the second challenge.
When he had the ball himself, was fairly challenged and lost the ball, he didn't whine. In fact, nobody in the video whined.
My opinion, based on this footage is that this was closer to how football should be played than the whining and diving we get at the professional level today. I would consider the bald guy a hard man, but to call him a bully is unfair. At least based on this small sample.
