I agree, you can only give to others if your cup is full! And it’s ok to know you may go in and out of times where you feel strong vs weak, but if you make yourself a priority, the lows don’t seem to last as long! Also, super interested in trying Vichy. I keep seeing it pop up everywhere.

Karina you are pronouncing the Xerjoff as jers-off when it is actually pronounced sir-joff. I have linked a video below where the founder of the house says the correct pronunciation at 1.12 to 1.16

Also, Italica was launched many years ago as I believe a limited Harrod's exclusive in a different packaging with red velvet bottle however, there have been periodic limited releases of this over the years. The most recent release was around valentine's day this year with new bottle without the velvet, after which it was made a part of their regular Casamorati line up (I believe). Just FYI and no offense, figured you would be interested to know as a fellow fragrance enthusiast ❤️

I posted in a fragrance group asking for almond note recommendations and this was highly recommended. I think I’ve fallen in love with gourmand totally didn’t expect it 😂 but I love vanilla and I love almond! 😍
Also, with stress, I’m so glad in your other video you mentioned validating it. That’s the biggest challenge for me! I sweep my feelings under the rug sometimes and weeks later it resurfaces and I’m just a bag of emotions, which to some can seem random.

Something you said in your other video in regards to dealing with stress was that you catch your feelings really quickly, and my wife and I have found that when we can do that during an argument it’s so much easier to resolve the situation.

This sounds like my kind of fragrance. I love gourmond scents, especially for fall. Vanilla, and fruity scents. Woodsy musky scents nauseated me. This fragrance sounds unique.
