I am 18 y.o. I have not had regular periods for 3 years. I started counting calories (1600, 1700 per day) and exercising in 2020, and almost immediately after, I lost it. Throughout those 3 years, at some points, I started eating more and not exercising, and I got it back. But then I restricted again, and I lost it. HOWEVER, last year, I decided to lose weight again and got to the lowest weight I have ever been. 50 kg. Now I think I'm weight restored, I'm 58 kg (that's the highest I know I've been), and I have been eating A LOT, but my period hasn't come back. I don't know what to do. 😅 Thanks for your time! 🙂
Hi! Just found your site and YT/Podd and has really found a lot very valuable info regarding HA recovery so thank you!!🙏🏻🙏🏻I’ve currently just started my RED-s/HA recovery 2w ago and cut out all training for 2w now and increased my calories about 800kcal/day during this time (target 3.2kcal/day, I want to make sure body reacts as fast as possible😁✊🏻) so will continue with this amount until I see improvement. However, I’m a triathlete used to swim, bike, run for 12-15h/week so obviously I miss this. I plan to carefully add only strength training (heavy and not to failure). I miss running the most but I’ve heard that running is the most stressful…(?)Can you explain this or is it only because it’s harder in running to keep the pulse in zone 1-2? Or could eeeasy jogs be ok as well?
I understand it depends on the individual but just in general. Thanks again for your work!🙏🏻🙌🏻
Thank you for this video ☺️
It would be interesting to also talk about the like between HA, thyroid and SIBO !
