    This is a great feature! But we need a button for this at the top of the toolbar not at the bottom of the window. Please make that an option!

      Hi there, we’d like to help. Our page here can help out with locating the setting for this feature to ensure it’s enabled, and where to check to unsend the email: s.apple.com/DH3n8U7nt8
      The feature will have a few options for setting the ‘Undo send delay’, with the maximum being 30 seconds afterwards.

      We’d be glad to see how we can help with this.
      We understand you’ve taken some great steps to check for this email that appears to be missing, but did you try rebuilding a mailbox on your Mac? If not, see if that allows for the email to appear again.
      Check out the following resource for assistance with this, as well as additional helpful steps:
      If emails appear to be missing in Mail on Mac - s.apple.com/dE0h3d0v1L
      Should you need additional assistance, contact Apple Support directly to check into this with you in more detail. You can reach out using this link: apple.co/GetSupport

    how do you do it if its more than 10 sec?

    • @applesupport
      @applesupport  Před 11 měsíci

      That’s a great question. “To change the amount of time you have to unsend emails or to turn Undo Send off, choose Mail > Settings, click Composing, click the “Undo send delay” pop-up menu, then choose an option.”
      You can see more about this here: s.apple.com/DH3n8U7nt8
