This exhilarating musical follows the irrepressible imagination and dreams of Phineas T Barnum, America's Greatest Showman. We follow the legendary showman's life as he lit up the world with the colour, warmth and excitement of his imagination and finally teamed up with J A Bailey to create Barnum and Bailey's Circus - the Greatest Show on Earth.

I love this musical and Christopher. Saw him in Wicked and Young Frankenstein.
Anna O'Byrne is STUNNING. Loved the show but to me she was the standout. That voice!!!!

For those of us who can not travel to see this. (Believe me, if I had the money. I'd be there in a heartbeat!) They should put this on Blu-ray and DVD so people can have the oppertunity to watch. Anybody agree with me?

I went to see this twice as I live in Chichester! I was so happy when I heard that Anna was coming to my home town as I am a massive fan, she played the role of Jenny Lind perfectly! I even had the honour of meeting her at the stage door afterwards and she is the sweetest person you could ever meet!(:
The amount of us that are here just for anna! the rest of the cast were awesome too however Anna tops them off

While I must confess I came to check out this video because of Anna O'Byrne. (She is one of my all-time favourite Chrstine's in POTO) Christopher Fitzgerald and Tamsin Caroll sound splendid as well. Bravo to them! This looks so thrilling! :)

Can we at least have a Revival Cast Recording?! I'm especially eager to hear the full length version of Jenny Lind's aria. As you can see I'm a huge Anna O'Byrne fan. Bu everybody in thhis production looks and souds incredible. :)
I do like watching filmed and recorded live performances of shows and musicals at the Cinema, on DVD and Blu-Ray and on TV

Barnum is my favourite musical-I know it very well.I saw Michael Crawford's perfect,sharp & charismatic performances many times at the Palladium & Victoria Palace & I have the dvd.I was disappointed with this production.Why change the orchestrations unless improving them? There was energy but I feel the principals could have been asked to do more-little touches-see the dvd.Highlights:Jenny Lind (even better than original-lighting,staging);& watching follow spot operators climb to their positions
Just saw the Menier production with Marcus Brigstocke who is truly awful ---- bring back Christopher !

christopher fitzgerald has no stage presence atall, went to see this show and didnt like him playing the lead role atall, he was rubbish
