Rent a Cab owners sud check date of issue of license when issued, as new guys take fresh license and come to Goa and take rent a cab and drive in Goa and are causing lots of accidents. So rent cab owners sud give on rent only if license are over 18 months minimum driving. Insurance companies sud too check the accident licenses.
Authorities should look into the matter .And if Driver is found violated MVR and comitted Accident then Transport Authority should should be given intimatio for Perment Cancellatio of Driving Licence and also for violating MVR. So that it will also set and example for others also.
It is a matter of concern,How far and who is going to be held for this Accident. DO this Driver who are taking Rent a car to Drive are they doing Safe Driving or very very Rash Driving.

Is The government serious about this issue of accidents occurring every day in Goa, it looks like the lives of people and especially the children going to school are at risk, these tourists think if they come to Goa they can do anything and get away with it. This kind of tourism should be put to rest. This has increased in the recent past , where is the safety of our children? Our humble request to the concerned authorities to take cognizance of these incidents.

Whether valid Driving licence Driver who commited accident is checked by Concerned Authority may be..
