Depends on who built it. Porsche finger rockers require the least amount of maintenance. Front bearing extension important as well as extended crank. No aluminum prop hub. Light weight prop. Well built can last hundreds of hours with very little maintenance. Poorly built by someone who does not understand engines and particularly the operating parameters during aircraft use results in an unreliable piece of junk even though good parts are used.
