@@kashanali1921 bought it on a site that sells various electric scooters and it took about two weeks to arrive. The problem is that they have info about that scooter on their page, but it doesn't address the problem I have. The manual is very badly written too and doesn't help with my problem, which is that the scooter got blocked and I can't use it :/ there's no info on how to reset it or anything...
