SLOW National Hydraulic Elevator - Far East Commercial Plaza - Oakland, CA

[Recorded 10-15-23] This is another sketchy-looking building in Chinatown. The outside is really run-down but the inside isn't too bad. They have this very slow older National elevator with Innovation fixtures. The motor is pretty nice.
