- Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share this new what I got my kids for christmas video! I have five kids, ages zero (2 months), three, six, nine, and twelve! Easy when they're all basically exactly three years apart! I hope you enjoy seeing all the goodies they'll be getting for Christmas! I know this video got put out late - that's life these days with me, but perhaps some of these gift ideas will be put to use next year, or for birthdays etc. Thanks for hanging out with me!

Fun fact…when our twins were 2 we put those stars on their ceiling and they are still there!!! Our girls are 42 and their room is now dads den but this momma doesn’t have the heart to take them down!!!
I'm an Oma. What I wanted for Christmas every year was a big box of crayons with the sharpener. My dad passed away 3 years ago and the crayons stopped at age 62 for me. Just a sweet memory. I love all your videos. A very heartfelt Merry Christmas from our family to yours.

I had glow in the dark stars on my bedroom ceiling and used poster putty to adhere them. They were up for years, even when I moved out after college. At first my mom didn’t like that I had them but went with it since I loved them. After I moved out, my sister would let her toddler son spend the night in there when she came over and when my mom was trying to get him to go to sleep, they’d count the glow in the dark stars.

I used to be a preschool teacher and I loved playing with the wooden food and cutting it. One of the best parts of being a preschool teacher is you get to teach them and play with them. I miss it so much!

you are so right, experiences are important. I am 65 and I still remember going to the zoo and museum every year as a kid. We also camped. My parents made our camper, there was 5 of girls and we were girl scouts. We got into camping as we got into girl scouts. Memories will be with your children for life.

My daughter had glow in the dark stars on her ceiling growing up and when she moved out, I kept them (now my craft room)since they reminded me of her. So far, they’ve been up there for over 18 years. I wouldn’t worry much about them getting stuck in your vacuum cleaner. lol
