If they found out innocence, then they may have reflected in their judgment and could have given any other punishment as Hannan got life imprisonment kind of sentence.
Nimisha is a nurse and that too the injection she was going to give was to make him unconscious, she must have known very well, what kind of dosage was necessary to do it.
A common person may commit mistakes, first timers or non regular ones.
But there is no chance, one may accept such a lame excuse.

I agree that her first mistake was as to become somebody else’s wife which is totally wrong and to give him a medication he had not taken before could give him a reaction this shows her overconfidence in her field as in a hospital she has to carry out a doctors order not do anything independently anyway I am sure she has learned her lesson hopefully she may get out if bloodmoney is accepted Mr Zaidi also suffered for his mean actions for making her his wife and not giving her passport back .there are a lot of lessons to be learned from these mistakes may Allah help everybody to do the right thing and help each other

Say even after pinching the passport she cannot get out of Yemen so quickly because of war airports are closed by the time she tries to leave by land she got 2 options Musket or Saudi arabia. To enter these countries she need visas. This will give hell a lot time to the police to catch her. Namisha and his friend also fully aware of the consequences.
From my point of view Numisha over dose the guy on purpose to take the revenge for not letting her go with passport.

She cud not approach Indian Embassy or State Police for passport bcoz she herself wax involved in producing fakke documents.
