Most people can hand tighten angle grinder discs, wheels and wire brushes. It's the deceleration that can loosen a wheel or brush, and that can mean a worn out bearings.

So if your using a cupped disk should you flip the flange around & mount it the other way?
Great question. For all grinding discs you need the caselated ring inside, the same for both shaped discs.

i just blip the switch on my milwaukee and that gets it.
Better tighten that with the tool it comes with first then you are ready to go !
You should only use the tool if you’re planning on keeping that disk on the grinder forever lmao
Lmao, never do this, you will cry to remove it. I thight it by hand and with just a bit o torque, they do not need more.
