You really don’t need any of the wires, while on WiFi, from action camera. You can just down load the files while open on the WiFi app, and your cell phone or your iPad. While the WiFi app is open you just close the app and check your camera photos and videos and they should be there after you down loaded the video of pictures. Wifi even in 5G (New York City) is mostly extremely slow and glitchy, cables can be faster and smoother if you have a lot to download.
