Well Captain Marvel AKA Shazam can literally punch holes in reality, but writers often nurf Shazam's powers and abilities, because yes he could easily defeat Superman and Thor would be no problem.
Lots of people don't know how OP Shazam is because of the writers constantly nerfing him.
But you also forgot Shazam has the wisdom of Solomon which would give him the mind of a tachtican, so do I think Shazam is greatly underestimated, yes I do.

What I think is the trying to attack Thor with lightning wouldn't be wise at all. Being the god of lightning and Thunder basically makes lightning Thor's servant. Thor is lightning.

I don't think the wisdom of Solomon is going to do Shazam any good without the intelligence or maturity to utilize it correctly. The wisdom of Solomon is the one aspect of Shazam I never really liked. Wisdom cannot be simply bestowed it must be learned. And Billy is not what you call a model student.

And more adult. I'm sorry but when it comes down to it Billy it's still just an immature child. And the only real advantage that he had against Superman that made a difference was the fact that Superman is vulnerable to Magic. Considering both shazam's and Thor's powers are magical in nature that Advantage is non-existent. And Billy may have the abilities and aspects of multiple gods that doesn't make him a god. He's still mortal. Thor is a God. He's top God.
lol uh did anyone else catch that this was mostly backwards? superman made thor turn back into billy batson? shazam withstood odin? guys people here agreeing with this must have no idea what they are talking about. last thing i will point out so many of these who will win never put enough on combat experience. ask anyone that has been in a fight. it is more important than anything else. whats the saying "everyone tough untill they get punched in the face". billy loses alot cause of this, this would be no different.
