WTG has so many great knives. This one is a kind of grail of mine as well.
They're available now on the Work Tuff website. I just ordered one yesterday. Good review and that Scab is an awesome dude.
Awesome. And thank you
Cool Video 👍
Thank U for the field test👍
You bet
Would love to hear you’re story behind this one someday...as long as you can still sleep at night, it’s ok in my book...Congratulations!
It’s a long story lol
I just received my WTG Kodiak in A6MaX today. It is 0.24" thick, and there is absolutely zero rattle of the sheath. Tomorrow will be a chop-chop day for sure! I too am happy there is No Choil on the Kodiak.
Awesome. Congrats.
Update?? An WTH did buy it?? They’re about as hard to find as a unicorn.
@@justcoolin3384 I bought my first one directly from Work Tuff Gear out of Taiwan. ****UPDATE****: .... I liked it so damn much I bought another one yesterday from DLT Trading, LLC out of Marinette WI. DLT has two versions available at this moment. Once DLT sells out these will indeed be like a Unicorn!
Nice choppa....She cuts deep and fast....Congrats and finally getting closure on your WTG grail knife....Good stuff....
I’m pretty sure I got a few more grey hairs over this damn knife. But 💯 worth it
I’ve been waiting for another Kodiak drop in K329, but happily purchased the recent drop in A6Max. Awesome design. I’m also liking the new design, Bear Claw in K329. I also prefer no choil. But I have a WTG addiction.
WTG do make awesome quality knives. Thank for sharing.
Very nice! I still want the sk85 one
Its like they fixed all the flaws with the Junglas
Always love a new vid from you
Thank you.
Yea man I like that a lot. It’s really good looking and puts in work. Shoutout to Scab!👊🤘
SCAB ✊🏻👍
Hey man been a while good to see you're still doing videos
The creator of this knife said too me that the SK85 version is the best cutter/chopper, but this one seems good too.

They really do.
I agree with you on finger choils!!!!
The bear claw and stainless Kodiak are still available on the WTG site as of now.
I seen that. Thank you
I have the Grizzly it’s awesome.
Awesome !
Would love to see you make a video on the cold steel 1917 frontier bowie
Great looking knife. Hmm...I'm lucky enough to have their Carnivore...maybe I need to think about this? Good stuff!
It’s an amazing knife
I'll have to settle for the grizzly. To my knowledge it's just the Kodiak with a choil. Too similar to justify parting with another $300 lol
Same👍
Amen to the whole "Extremely hard to get a hold of". Kills me.
Sadly yes
@@peterbiltknifeguy If you ever find one missing with an I-OWE-YOU on your bench, you know who snagged it. LOL
@@lynnjr457 lol do you have any?
@@peterbiltknifeguy No Sir, I have been trying to get my hand on a Carnivore forever, as I love my Terävä Skrama 240 for heavy chopping in the woods, but the Carnivores (and other WTG knives) are nearly impossible to find unless you hit someone at the right time. CZcams comments are about as "Social Media" as I get, so I am not tracking Instagram, etc.. to get updates. It's been fun to say the least. I do a lot of larger game hunting and have used a Cold Steel Taipan for many years to finish off wounded game, but something with some chopping ability would do better on my hip than a doubled edged blade while still giving me the depth I need to reach the vitals.
There are a couple of Carnivore IIs on Arizona Custom Knives.
Man i really gotta get me at least 1 WT knife they are beautiful
I also had the same idea. But got hooked and ended up with more WTG blades than I can afford. I’m now a WTG addict.
@@ageofaqu lmao its an easy and slippery slope i can already tell i got sent 6 wtg knives im testing on my channel lol
@@SteinzVsKnives Awesome! Great knives, enjoy.
@6:17, whoever sold you that lumber sir, ripped you off. That is not a 4X4! Just messing with you PBKG. I'm pretty sure you mean to say "2X4". I ordered my Kodiak the other day. Patiently awaiting it's arrival. I see they are using a few different flavors of steel. A6Max is on the one I ordered.
Lol. Yeah. I misspoke. It happens 😂
If I just get my hands on any WTG knife I'd be happy as a pig in shit. That is the grail right there.
Lol. They are dropping a new batch soon
A bigger sheath is a better paddle in a canoe. 😁
having this kind of difference between blade and tail, is not what i believe a good thing. Looks like a weak point. Better a hidden tang, then. Balance is better too, in chopping. Dunno. Do not agree with choil, due to a lack of ability in little works but, you know...not a big deal anyway. Geometry are made to go deep but maybe too much? you cannot stack the knife so easily, it's too hard to chop for long time.
