I watched another video. Of yours first before this one do you suggest fooocus or comfy? I don’t know which to install and thank you.
I say it depends on how deeply you want to go into all of this. Fooocus is a great way to get started quickly and I use it too for various things. I don’t think it could hurt to get both. Fooocus will get you up and running quickly and if you really want to dig deep and do some cool stuff and you can explore comfy as well.
Quick question, how do you delete your history log?
Have you installed just FOOOCUS AI on a Mac m1 without Pinokio?. Because of the unified GPU on MAC M1 requieres Miniconda, tensor flow deps. And other packages.

Thanks for all the information. I have an Apple Mac M2. When I follow the instructions for Pinokio and the patch command all I get from the patch command is it waits for a password and nothing happens. And my password for the machine doesn't work.
I wish I could help you, but I truly know nothing about the Mac or operating system or how things get installed. Every time I touch a Mac all the screens disappear. 😄

Yes, in the main directory of Comfyui there is a file you can edit to point the directory in the right place. However, I think perhaps due to installing with Pinokio, every time I launch Comfyui, it reverts back to the original version. See if this helps: github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI/discussions/72

Yes, you’re absolutely right. Compared to the other way. It’s definitely better, but you’re right that one click is overstating in a bit and as I watched this back, I realized that I emphasized one click, and then proceeded to click at least three more times. 😆

My computer is intel Mac, I did all the steps, finally: Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled. Does it mean that my computer is old and I can't install it?

That involves (for the most part) creating your own custom model, which you can definitely do, but it's not built-in to Fooocus. But if you make the model, and it's an SDXL model, Fooocus will let you use it.
is it still free and does it use Video Card?
Still free, and yes it uses your video card. I'm honestly not sure if there is a CPU only option or not.

I am sick of trying to make this work . Win 10 , 12 gigs ram, 4gig GPU and all it does is give me one picture that shuts down by the time it gets to the 30 count and then you have to restart the program to get it working again and if you don't download the image at the 29th step it is lost . After doing the for several times it loses communication with the port and starts reporting errors and after that it just repeats the errors. Not trying what I think could be a virus again !!!! :O)
I feel your pain. Sorry you're having this issue. I'm guessing it comes down the the GPU limitation, but I know that technically it's supposed to work.
Pinokio can't run on Mac :0(
RunDiffusion is the online service I use - it is pretty cheap.
Hey man i have 12 gigabytes of ram and RTX 3050 then why it takes 5 minutes to generate a image
I have no idea. That makes absolutely no sense unless something else is eating up your GPU. I have not had that experience with Fooocus. How large an image are you creating? Anything else special about it?
Get the studio drivers of Nvidia instead the game ones, I had the same problem and noticed an improvement.. perhaps works also for you. Also choose performance mode
does this foocus use storage of our computer while generating images
