So pretty! I’m with you on the sunscreen in foundation, that’s drives me crazy. I kinda like the smell of Lancôme, but I’m with you on the way it breaks some people out. Happy Friday Bestie!! Lancôme makes the best foundations. I actually like fragrance in my makeup lol 😂 it’s part of the experience for me. I think the foundation would definitely match you better if you weren’t such a beautiful bronzed goddess 🥰 this foundation sounds amazing but I currently have a bottle of the Lancome Renergie Lift foundation open and one as a back up along with a back up bottle of the Lancôme Tient Idole foundation. Hi, I've always used the Teint de dole nude but apparently they are not doing it now and replaced it with this Glow and Care. I've been given 3 samples of different shades to try and at the moment I'm not a fan. The consistency is slightly thicker than the nude one but at the moment I can't say I like it much. Hi Julie! ❤️ That’s such a bummer when they change things we fall in love with! I never tried the nude one! Did that one have sunscreen and fragrance?
@@KristiAllureBeauty The nude had an Spf of 19 in it and I never noticed any fragrance which is something I'm usually susceptible too. I was given three 15ml samples of the Glow and Care in different shades. I did my usual skincare routine in the morning, lancome genifique serum then my HydraZen moisturiser with Hyaluronic acid on two days. Both days after around 4 hours I looked like a grease ball and had to go wash it off. After reviewing the ingredients I found it already had a serum and Hyaluronic acid in it so I assumed I had got too much skincare on my face. Day 3 I just used the foundation no skincare routine and after a few hours the Glow and Care had totally disappeared. So obviously not a fan at all. I think I will be switching brands for my foundation. Thank you very much for replying, kind regards Julie from England 🇬🇧
@@juliemycock648 oh wow and I love you checked the ingredients and figured that out but when it's just not working there's too many others that are amazing! Have you tried Armani Luminous Silk go.magik.ly/ml/1lmyi/ it's unbelievable especially on mature skin. I don't know your age, but if you do have mature skin like myself you will love light weight it is but also wears a long time. I also love the new Make up for ever HD Skin and Hourglass. Sometimes it just becomes trial and error and getting samples is so smart of you! Can't wait to chat more! Keep me posted and let me know what you find works for you! I will be reviewing the new HAUS labs one with tons of amazing ingredients this week! So stay tuned! 😘❤

I'm definitely going to pick this foundation up when it hits the UK, i love the matte version but i really wish they would stop with the SPF and fragrance, i like to apply my own mineral SPF and i don't want my face smelling like a bunch of flowers 😂

SPF is so individual and many skin sensitivities so it drives me nuts when they try to combine it all!! You will love this soft matte! Let me know when it hits the Uk so I can tell the other sisters! That ingredient list was horrible. I'm gradually stopping to wear these toxic formulas and moving to clean ones. I'm so happy to see you show the ingredients like that and speak about that annoying fragrance. There's an app called Yuka ,it's wonderful, it gives a product rating and risk factor for each ingredient, it works cosmetics , foods, drinks . Probably the best and most useful app I have. Do you think you will review some clean brands soon ,particularly the foundations and lipstick ? ♥️

Self tannner- The name is Curb Appeal and it's the most innovative self-tanner (first time I actually enjoy self-tanning because there's no mess and it's so easy! It doesn't streak and it fades better than any other self-tanner!!

I just can't stand that they put coconut oil in a lot of clean beauty products which is the worse for clogging pores and my acne prone skin so I typically can't use a lot of Kosas, RMS and beauty counter because of that but I will look some more! OMG Kristi I have to tell you that when I saw the thumbnail of this video, I couldn’t get over how much you look like/remind me of your mom 🥹💗your smile and head tilt, everything so captures what I “know” of her from your pics and videos together 😇👼💕I really wanted you to know that!! 🌹💫😘it’s crazy bc a few days ago I took a random selfie after I had done a glam hair and makeup look, and I saw my mom so much in the photo.. we always have looked alike, but there are some pics where I really just see her in me, and it makes me cry but it also brings me a feeling of closeness to her, and makes me so proud to be her daughter and that I am able to carry on her legacy each day. 😭🥲🥹🦋🙏🏼🌺 And I SO want to try this foundation!! I love Lancôme, and my mom was a huge fan of their products also.. she even worked part time at a Lancôme counter when she was in cosmetology school! 💖 I remember when I was first getting into wearing makeup, she and I going to our favorite mall on my winter break from school and going to the Lancôme counter there, and my mom and her friends who worked at the counter helping me pick out a Defincils mascara, juicy tubes lip gloss, a face powder and we got a free eyeliner with our purchase! I remember being so excited that day and so proud to be with my mom who was so knowledgeable and beautiful and was literally friends with everybody everywhere 🥰 (literally everywhere we ever went she either ran into friends she already knew, or made new ones ❤️). I’ve never tried the other version of this foundation either (I actually have a cousin who swears by it though!) this looks so beautiful on you, and I’m not usually a glowy/dewy foundation person either, but sometimes I end up loving foundations like this too! I can’t stand fragrance in foundation or skincare, I just got the hourglass foundation and I’m pleased to say it has no fragrance. I can’t use any Chanel, Dior, Lancôme foundations because of the smell. Perhaps I’ll see if I can get a sample of the Lancôme at some point.

@@KristiAllureBeauty I got shade 5.5 which is the right tone but a bit orangey for me, although if I pick up more colour it may work, but I still may go to the store and check what the other shades are like and see if I find a better shade match.

I can not wait for this to finally come to Canada. We do not have it here because of the stupid SPF the makeup brands put in. Why do they even put SPF in foundation? That is missleading as the amount of foundation we use, will never be enough SPF.. Just come up with tinted SPF which actually can protect the skin😊
