Thanks for the fantastic videos and the shooting training. No matter how much I try and relax, I still have a fair amount of muzzle flip. I think I may have too much tension in my back and shoulders. What would you recommend as a fix?
Question for Aarron: I notice how much the front rest was "sliding" on the bench. I'm sure that this movement acts in conjunction with the recoil and the rifle forearm sliding in the front bag reward. Do you think this is a benefit or detriment to accuracy?
