Any one else notice the smile face under the cowl
Yeah with the exhausts as the eyes 👍
Martin has changed it now, more of a D shape. it needed more air exit 👍🏻
That’s normal for the exhaust
Thanks for sharing 👍
I've wanted to see this for a long time. Had to watch it at halve speed so I could keep up. Thanks for doing this. Will have to subscribe now.
Always big salute to your magnificent flying ......
Ok, that is next level stuff. Amazing!
Wow, just wicked! Thank you for sharing!
Martin is great, as I wanted, but I had to wait a long time, and thank you for that!
Awsome view,i got dizzy watching your hands...😆 wow looks like alot of work with the knobs. Alot more then i expected, brain memory. Thanks for sharing 👍
Más espectacular aún. Pura magia.
Great to see your stick movements. Inverted rudder grinds just blows my head at the minute and how you roll exactly the same both ways is mind blowing. Thanks Martin. 🤛
I need to play this 10x slower 😳
Me too
Absolutely amazing, usually when i fly i use my thumbs but when i do some more serious stuff i use my fingers as well. Great work👍🏻🔥
One of the Best videos ive ever seen flying a plane. Great work.
Outstanding flight sir I am a big fan of your channel keep up the great work
Absolutely amazing .. you move your fingers faster than my brain can work :) thanks for Sharing!!!
Awesome video Martin . Love watching you fly and your instructional videos.
Glad you like them!
That was incredible! You make it look effortless but reality is that is all extremely hard. Very impressive. You must have tons of hours flying.
Q chulada!! ✌️✌️
Sure did, smiling face, that's cause the lazers happy wot it's doing, nice and sharp flying Martin,
absolute domination of the thing
That was amazing!
Lo pondré en práctica jejeje saludos
Yesssss!!! Thank you Martin!!! I've been waiting to see this since before the pandemic!! Your stick control is flipping insane!!! The amount of micro adjustments really surprised me. Awesome skills Martin!!! Thank you for sharing this video with us!!!!
Thanks! I was actually surprised myself, goes to show how much is done on auto pilot!
wow,,hes flying mode 2 so perfectly..now i know im on the right mode :-) (first wanna canche to 4 ) its absolutely amazing! perfektion 100prozent,,,look at this landing skillz!!
Thanks for sharing this, amazing
Thanks!
Thank you so much for posting this video I do really appreciate your time and effort to do this. And yes it helps me to know how what stick movements give me what. All the best to you and family.
Glad it was helpful! All the best, right back at you!
awesome video mate.....good to see a direct relationship with the flight and the sticks real time.....i fly mode 1 thumbs on top....cannot for the life of me cover stick movements like your long lanky fingers can!!!!!.....great video and you have the right number on that aircraft...i was born in 1972!!!!!....keep up the great videos mate....cheers from the land down under!!!!!
best of the best
Thanks dude!
The landing is so cool...😲🤙
Thanks!!
Thanks for showing us this. I've wondered how you make the plane spirol straight like that and my assumption was right.
Wow man, Amazing skills!
Thanks Ramy!! Right back at ya'!
What control over the machine. You have a lot of skill. Boy, success and good flights.
Your are the best 👍👍👍
Thanks!
V good mate
No1. Have a good day
Good comment on the tx switches, I'm 100% with you on that one - maybe draw the line at retracts 'though :-))
Muito bom MP!!!
El desayuno!!!!!
Voy! jaja
You are super magicien ,Thank you lot's Martin pickering. please can you give me how match you set to the expo and durel rat thank's again.
You are.... THE GOD
Cool camera angles. Would be neat to see at a camera pointed at the servos inside the plane.
Awesome Martin, notice she got a bit hot😃, the larger air exit will help much now 👍🏻, I was surprised vet smooth movements and mainly small to, naturally as you have all of your travel, but the high expo softens it and really seams to work well. What temp did the cylinder get to 170c!! +😟. Great stuff as always. The hodge
Badass nice hands
It's kinda like watching a fast touch typist type or a piano player play. Trying to learn how do either doesn't come from watching their hands; not really. That said, observing your timing, pace and technique on the sticks in real time is very helpful.
Thanks! I was even surprised myself how this looked!
THANKSSSSS
Can you talk more about expo and rates?
I have questions on how to setup a good expo to fly 3D
Hi martin great flight how much expo are you using
Omg man! Awesome idea. Do you fly mode 2.
It makes it little easier to know how to do some maneuvers.
Wow amazing control and how many planes did you crash before you could fly like that and how long did it take you?
Me too!!! His fingers move way to fast!!!! But thanks ... very cool ... no fingers in the prop!!!!! Save those babies!!!! Look at those Rudder inputs!!!!
Hi Martin,
How are you? Mate for your high alpha manouvers do you have any mixes in your laser? Ie spoilerons?
Thanks. Cheers
Gracias
Hi Martin i noticed you have your throttle trim on a rotary switch ?
Another great video martin, I'm 14 and from the UK, being to a few of your shows. I'm learning to fly 'pinch grip' and I see you also fly that way, would be great if you could give me a reply and just explain what's so great about it compared to just thumbs alone, thanks for your time. Stay safe 👍
Feels more precise to me, but I've also seen a lot of great pilots who still use thumbs
is it better to learn to hold the levers with two fingers than to just drive with your thumbs or is it a matter of taste? Thought about Tareq when he drives helicopters, he probably just drives with his thumbs. How much training is behind it to be able to fly this way.
Hi Martin. Will you be doing the video of the IGyro 3Xtra in the near future, Thanks.
Thats the plan, but admittedly too many plans! My iGyro SAT video is up though, and that works mostly in same way¿?
Hola Martin
Muchas gracias
Wish you could do a video show how to easy to difficult 3D stuff for people that want to learn.
Its on the books for the new year
I hope one day to have one it’s my dream pilot slick or laser more than 5 years 😣😢😭
👌🏻👌🏻
I would love to know what your throttle curve is Martin. I've been chasing the right setting all season.
Get you linkage geometry correct and ensure you have balanced end points ie. 90/90 100/100 , not 65-90 etc and it will be very linear, and no curve needed.- 👍🏻the hodge
@@leeh9931 Power development control strategy via a throttle plate results in a degressive power output curve.
Power output Change is greatest at around 30-40 degrees throttle plate angle.
Having said that, having the plate move exactly linear with the throttle servo and Stick movement, will result in a non linear power developing Motor.
Hence a throttle curve needs to be programmed.
🤟
i also fly 3d, it is very difficult to learn
I will never get how y'all can use your fingers like that, I just fly with my thumbs😂
It's more accurate with finger 'n' thumbs so I'm trynna learn to fly like that but I'm getting there and I'm starting to see the advantages and I dont fly 3D btw
And I don't get how someone can fly with their thumbs. Too unprecise for me. But, if you can manage, go ahead.
Switched from thumbs to fingers a few years ago, took a few weeks to get used to it but now I could never go back to thumbs again lol, feels so much more precise
We have a handicap fellow at our field. He flies one hand using only his thumb and pinky finger.
Just wish you was mode 1
What mode?
Maybe you should mention in description what mode
Good point! Mode 2
which remote control is that?
Powerbox CORE
I thought I was going to learn something and become a better pilot from this video, but now my brain just hurts.
hahahaha sorry!
😳👏👏👏👏👏👍🎁🤝
If there was a pilot inside that he wouldn't be smiling 😅
What’s the transmitter?
PowerBox CORE they are state of the art German tech and manufacturing $2,400
What ist your Setup ??? Expo and DR
Aileron ? %. ? %
Ruder ? %. ? %
Elvator ? %. ? %
Thanks you for answet me 👍
Hi Joel, I run around 35% aileron, and maximum elevator and rudder. Expo is 65-70% on all surfaces
How much expo for no switches? I flip switches all the time! I would be willing to try none.. I like it simple!!
I have the same plane and radio
70-90% expo, Martin runs about it around 80% -the hodge
I though you were in mode 2 ??
I am, and this videos is Mode 2 =)
Dominas mucho, pero es siempre el mismo vuelo, desde la primera vez que te vi en el bellota, todo tu vuelo es el mismo
That was very interesting but not very helpful. Do you have something a beginner pilot could benefit from watching?
