This week's Breathing Exercise comes to us from last year's Conscious Discipline Institute in Liberty, MO. Throughout the week, each Table Family at the event has jobs that support the group. This clip shows event helper Emily Salmon from the "Breathing Table" (whose job it is to lead the group through Breathing Exercises throughout the week) sharing the kid-created breathing of "The Spider-Man."
