- Patient with maxillary hypoplasia asymmetry, mandibular asymmetry hipopasia, inferior border chin deviation, nasal deviation, left temporomandibular disorder. Patient with maxillary and mandibular deficiency class II open bite, deficient lower facial height.
Surgical solution
Maxillary Le Fort III osteotomy, 3-piece
Mandibular bilateral saggital-split osteotomy
Inferior body osteotomy, genioplasty, correction
Bone grafting to maxilla and mandible
Inferior turbinectomy

Can a patient with a perfect bite but with bilateral retrusion be offered jaw surgery?
Yes,Bimaxillary osteotomy and both are put forward.

imho there is a mistake in the description, regarding the x-ray they did NOT perform a Maxillary Le Fort III but a 3-pieces Maxillary Le Fort I since only the upper jaw was modified.
