Quick scan through Shortwave with Philips AL990 90AL990 /00 all band desktop (portable) radio receiver from 1982. Great radio with very good sensitivity on all bands. With rotating MW / LW gyro antenna and additional removable loop antenna at the top. Beautiful design with glossy piano finish front.
Sold in the USA under Magnavox label.

It's quite complicated inside to service. Basically you need to disassemble all unit to reach internal parts like capacitors.
