First trimester my twin (boys) pregnancy, i lived in the bathroom. Ginger tea and toast did the trick for me. Got better and better from 2nd trimester! Hang in there Torie. Just like Travis, the thought of my husband just being there and trying in his own way making me feel better, means the world.
Yeah, everyone has been saying that when I get to the 2nd trimester I'll feel better. I'm almost there. I have another week or so and hopefully I start feeling better. Travis has been amazing. 😊

PLEASE have her slowly sip ginger ale throughout the day or whenever she feels nauseated. Also try "dry toast." She should NOT eat greasy or heavy meals -- and nothing too sweet. Those symptoms will ease in her 2nd trimester.

She's right. Every woman body reacts differently. Especially your first pregnancy. Just relax and listen to your baby. He or she will let you know what it likes and don't like. That's what my first pregnancy was like. Stay strong. All will be ok. You have a wonderful husband by your side.

Doula here: look into Hyperemesis gravidarum. It’s a condition, during pregnancy, that causes pregnant people to feel very sick, throwing up, weak, etc. try ginger chews or ginger tea, add electrolytes, keep taking prenatals, acupuncture, chiropractic care, balanced diet (cut meals into smaller more frequent instead of spaced out and large) let me know if you have any other questions. Also is her nausea lasting all day or just severe in certain parts of the day?

Another good thing is peppermint oil...Dilute it with a carrier oil such as olive or avocado and rub it right underneath her nose...the smell of the peppermint should keep her stomach settled and ginger mixed with peppermint tea is good too and can be consumed warm or cold

Awww that’s so sweet!! During my first pregnancy I was sick for the first three months. Hopefully you’ll get better after the third month. I literally had to get IV fluids at the hospital twice the first three months. I could not keep anything down. Blessings to you both!!
Never had nausea or morning sickness with my only pregnancy but I truly emphasize with all women who experience it. I can tell you it will be forgotten once you are blessed with your beautiful baby 👶🏻 My daughter has given me 40 years and 6 months of joy and counting💜 Travis you are doing a great job supporting Tori with love, care and pampering. Everything will be great one day soon and you will be in your home 🏡 together. 👨🏻🦰👩🏽 👶🏻

I wish Torie well. The first few months are usually a mess, but it gets better. With my first born I was sick constantly the first three months. Once that little bundle of joy is here all of this will be a distant memory.....much love to you both 💋

I do this when not well. Also ginger is my #1 go to. Fresh ginger added to warm water. You can also get he4 a little ginger ale.
The first trimester is definitely a beast. I remember being so tired, that I would give away my work shifts because I just wanted to sleep. I couldn’t get enough sleep, but things did easy up after the first trimester.✨
I also made sure to take my iron, vitamin, folic acid to get my levels back up because my son was draining me, so definitely have your levels checked and take whatever medicines they say to take, if anything is low. Taking prenatal vitamins is so important for energy and to be ready for delivery because you’re building a life, so it takes a lot of work.✨
Hang in there! And maybe Travis could be the main person producing videos or do more lives whenever you’re feeling some what decent. But definitely take it easy and do what you can because it’s such a transition, especially after baby is here.✨
Thanks so much for the advice! Yeah, I feel tired all the time and I feel nauseated about 5 days a week. Sometimes certain days are better than others. I take my prenatals before bed to help with nausea. I'm praying I get better soon. Thanks again for the advice. You take care. 😊❤

My first pregnancy was a breeze! My second child I was really nauseous my whole pregnancy. I was hoping it was a girl but I was blessed with another little boy. I now know that every pregnancy is different. Ill take nausea over labor pains any day. You got this! I’ll be keeping you in my prayers 🙏🏾

Honey keep lots of chicken broth, Powerade/Gatorade, Nausea tea, Fruit & Vegetables on hand. I had 5 boys & each one has been different with the symptoms. Sometimes you can be sick the whole pregnancy and sometimes it’s just a trimester or two. Get lots of fluids in, get some fresh air (car ride or a small walk) & lots of rest.
Also, try to record once a week a video for you & your family recording your symptoms & doctor visits. It lets you see a timeline of pregnancy. Take care sweetheart. 🥰😘

I had my morning sickness till 7 months i have had days where i wanted to give up i couldn't handle the sickness but my fam prayed for me talked to me and i had to learn live with it i had to make my mind strongr that i wanted my child and i can get thru this pregnancy. I totally understand how you feel. Try sleeping sitting up in a chair when you get tired after eating. That helped me alot when I was pregnant.

Travis you are gem as an husbant; in my case I did not have that type of consideration. My luck was that my Dad was a Doctor so I had the best of the best care from him and OBG.

The next boy nothing no sickness nothing, 3rd & a boy unfortunately I was sick & stressed from day 1. So it just depends. I craved Mexican food w all 3!!! Its hard to say w each child it was different, so ill just keep praying u get to have some relief though love, & for a healthy baby!!!

Was hard the the body but i hope it gets better LOL my girl i feel you though, only thing that kept me positive was remembering how bad i wanted to be pregnant LOL i was like ok this is worth it!😭😭😭🌼🌼

I had to have anti nausea medicine with both of my pregnancies. If she isnt able to keep things down, i would communicate that with her doctor. I hope that she starts feeling better soon. ❤

Fresh air will help her and take her mind off the morning sickness also try apple cider vinegar and green apples sour stuff always helped me . Also try honey dew , watermelon a lot of fresh fruit
