  • It's been a while since I've made a pasta episode. I'd been seeing this exciting and somewhat mind-bending recipe online, so I tried it in the test kitchen and was shook, as the kids would say. It was, is, really impressive. And fun, too-a very different way to cook Pasta after a lifetime of boiling in water!
    This Pasta is commonly known as Spaghetti all'Assassina (Assassin's Spaghetti). However, with the help of the Yoder smoker, we've added an extra layer of flavour. The time in the Ensemble cookware plays a crucial role, infusing the Pasta with a super-flavorful tomato brine. And the finish in the Lodge cast iron? It's a winning combination!
