- It’s 2024, and Doctor Who Sings is back! Just two days after we put the finishing touches on our “Merry Medley” video, “The Giggle” was broadcast to the world. As the Toymaker made his appearance in UNIT HQ to the tune of the Spice Girls’ “Spice Up Your Life”, we knew our next song had been chosen for us! In one of our quickest ever turnarounds (we started working on this one just two weeks ago), we’re extremely pleased to present our version of the song, with copious helpings of the original “Giggle” scene scattered throughout.
As we typically do, we recreated all of the lyrics for this song, which meant including the insensitively worded opening line of the second verse. We’re aware the line was deliberately removed from the scene in “The Giggle”, but it came across really weirdly when we tried to excise it ourselves. It’s there for completion’s sake only and no offence is intended on our part.

Brilliant, as ever. The Cyberman's "aaaaah" is a great comic touch. A fantastic job, but these days I don't expect anything else!
Thank you! :D We must admit that we were struggling to find an "aaah" that sounded just right... and then we found that. There wasn't any competition afterwards!
This is why the Giggle was my favourite outt of all the specials. Love this video :)

Thought it might be fun to have the other 2 villain musical numbers done this way, after seeing this. This came out brilliantly by the way! I love the constant use of Robin Hood laughing.
I love this song and it pains me that now everyone in that room will have PTSD hearing it after that 😭💔
I don't know why, but the "Slam it to the left if you're having a good time" at 1:41 just flows so well, even considering how well the rest of the song is. I think it has something to do with how smoothly Harriet Jones' 'to the left' and Graham's 'having a' flow on from the previous words, but whatever it is, it (along with the whole video and the rest of your content) is phenomenal!
