-dejé que el audífono bueno (en este caso el izquierdo) se le acabara la batería y después puse a los dos en mi cajita y prendió el derecho
-para que se le acabara la bateria más rápido al izquierdo dejé reproduciendo a todo volumen un video y se tomó unas 7h/8h en quedar en 10%

SOLUTION - RIGHT SIDE® NO LIGHT/SIGNAL NOT FUNCTION
- right earbuds move away 10meter far stay out of the connection area.
-left earbuds keep in function connection mode till the battery level totally goes 5-10%
-unpair/reset disconnect ALL THE MOBILE DEVICES Bluetooth pairing mode.
-then both earbuds put it back together and charging for 1~2 days.
-later you will found left earbuds with light back to normal following next TAKE OUT THE LEFT EARBUD FIRST and do the reset (both tap 4time, press down and hold for 8'sec) on/off repeat twice time.

Bought it 2weeks ago. Charged for hours and left side will drain much faster. Can only lasted 5-10mins of listening to songs, then it say battery low, though sudio claimed more longer hours of listening. So disappointing..

hi boss, for my sudio nio, when i open up the casing my earbuds are showing flashing white lights. but once i removed them from casing, the white light disappeared. i couldn’t connect it.

Just bought a Sudio Nio few days ago. Battery on the left earbud drains faster than the right one. Says "Power off" only after 30 minutes... Do you know of this issue, and maybe a fix?

I have the same issue. Do you put back the right earbud after the case is fully gone? Or charge fully the case before putting it back?

Just make sure ear bud run out of batter, while the case got battery or not doesn’t matter
