They remind me of a biscuit called mint slice here in Aus! It's a chocolate biscuit with a mint patty on top and covered in dark chocolate :P Try it out! It might be popular.

I am always amazed at how smooth and fast the chocolate covering goes! But I that's what you get with years of practice! I was just wondering why you use a knife to spread out the peanut butter, wouldn't it be easier, cleaner and more precise with a piping bag?
I suggested that months ago but apparently I missed the video where they didn't like the idea......it would save a shit load of time as with practice and using the right tip it can be piped flat so would not require fussing around with a knife to flatten it out...I've tried it and it does work..oh well :/ you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.

My oldest son on the first day of middle school got off the bus at the high school instead of the middle school lol. They get bused together and it wasn't just him. ALL the middle school bus riders got off at the wrong school. I had to go pick him up and try not to laugh and shake my head lol.

I showed my mom the Ribbon candy video and she says she has fond memories of her enjoying them as a young kid. So, I didn't appreciate plain chocolate contained milk. I assumed that was just for milk chocolate (and white chocolate).
There is milk fat in our regular dark chocolate.

Our cat really doesn't go after a laser. He'll watch it and then maybe stand up to go after it, and theres the super rare paw swat, but thats it. He's an odd cat most of the time.

Also, is the vegan chocolate not suitable for the enrober?
It takes a long time to get the temp just right, so the enrober is only for large batches of candy. Also we don't want to put vegan chocolate in the same equipment that is used for non-vegan chocolate. Great question!

How you guys can sit there all day making chocolates and not eat any of it while your making it is crazy. But tell me how often do you do it off camera
about 1 piece per day - we aren't going to run out, so it's not a chocolate emergency like it its for most people!
That, and when you're constantly around it and have so much of it, the desire for it goes down. Once I had a few pounds of chocolates and such, from my kid brother's Halloween stash and got a few sores in my mouth from eating about half of it on the the first night. The rest lasted us a good few months.
I'm keen to come to Karen's School of Wrapping! I'd study ribbonology, bowology, basketology, foilology etc

Proper way to get a correct reading on your chocolate laser gun... is to be approx 12 inches from the object your zapping.. little more accuracy..
its only for chocolate so its not deadly if its reading 1-2 degrees wrong
