The reason why Russia is involved is because Georgia was wanting to join NATO (if Georgia did, Russia would be flanked in the southern border by NATO) and one of the conditions in joining NATO was to have NO border disputes. So, any potential ideas on Georgia joining was squandered by Russia.

When I think of the Caucasus, native that is, I generally think of Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Dagestan, Circassia, and Chechnya. Turkey, Russia, and Iran are the 'players' of the Caucasus, as depicted in the video using chess pieces lol.

See, now as an Amenian, I've got to say this. Many who don't know history will not agree with me but what I'm about to say is proven and is 100% true, we even have the proofs, but, for some reason our stupid government is not doing anything about it. You see, us and Azerbaijanis were never really enemies. We were living in piece with each other while being in Russia (more than 100 years ago). During the Russian revolution (1905, January 22th) the revolutional forces were becoming way too strong. Tsar Nikolai 2nd didn't want that to happen and made a monstrous plan how to not let the revolution succeed. He provoked enmity between the revolutional forces, mainly in Caucasus, between us and Azerbaijanis. He started to preach that Azerbaijani's emenies are Armenians and the same to us. You can search it up by yourself, just make sure to search other trusted sources than Wikipedia. So, as I was saying he made us enemies. He took Artsakh (Karabagh's real name which only a few know) and gave it to Azerbaijan, making it an arguable region between us and Azerbaijan. Thus the conflict was born. Now, you may ask, in that case, why are many of us hostile to Azerbaijanis? Because not many people know this, because living in a century of social media and shit, not many are learning in school, not many are reading books etc.. Not many know this, but I hope that by writing this comment, if someone sees this, it will help. This conflict needs to be stopped. Neither of us were enemies, we were made enemies, and it's just tragic if you ask me. I hope that one day, peace will be restored, and we'll all be like we were before. I hope that one day 🇦🇿🤝🇦🇲

However, i also have to say that i found this animation to be choppier than others you made, especially at the part where iran and turkey were playing chess. But again, don't take this as an insult, rather you should take this as a tip! Good luck animating!
The choppy asthenic is more on purpose its not that I am lazy to draw more frames. But i have to agree some parts look too choppy maybe because all my animation programs kept lagging and messing with the frame rate i couldn't see what i was doing and some parts of the video came out bad.for me atleast I will try to fix these technical problems and deliver something better

When I think of the Caucasus, native that is, I generally think of Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Dagestan, Circassia, and Chechnya.
Turkey, Russia, and Iran are the 'players' of the Caucasus, as depicted in the video using chess pieces lol.
Well but Batum and Azeribaijan was turkic and some parts of the land are ethnic iranian as well. Russia is the player blocking turkish/iranian reclamation of land. Not becouse they are kind but becouse they want land. Atleast Georgias land.
Batumi has been part of Georgia since dawn of time, even when our people were just Proto-Georgian tribes. the land was never Turkic, Adjarians are Georgians just like any other. Ottomans briefly occupied the land for a hundred or so years during which a lot of people were converted to Islam, that's it. for instance we were under Russian rule for 200 years, are we Russians by that logic? there were also Arabs, Persians, Greeks, Mongols, etc. few hundred years of occupation is nothing new for our people, if you look at history. the one thing we kept losing more and more is the land, which continues even today.@@histo6651

See, now as an Amenian, I've got to say this. Many who don't know history will not agree with me but what I'm about to say is proven and is 100% true, we even have the proofs, but, for some reason our stupid government is not doing anything about it. You see, us and Azerbaijanis were never really enemies. We were living in piece with each other while being in Russia (more than 100 years ago). During the Russian revolution (1905, January 22th) the revolutional forces were becoming way too strong. Tsar Nikolai 2nd didn't want that to happen and made a monstrous plan how to not let the revolution succeed. He provoked enmity between the revolutional forces, mainly in Caucasus, between us and Azerbaijanis. He started to preach that Azerbaijani's emenies are Armenians and the same to us. You can search it up by yourself, just make sure to search other trusted sources than Wikipedia. So, as I was saying he made us enemies. He took Artsakh (Karabagh's real name which only a few know) and gave it to Azerbaijan, making it an arguable region between us and Azerbaijan. Thus the conflict was born. Now, you may ask, in that case, why are many of us hostile to Azerbaijanis? Because not many people know this, because living in a century of social media and shit, not many are learning in school, not many are reading books etc.. Not many know this, but I hope that by writing this comment, if someone sees this, it will help. This conflict needs to be stopped. Neither of us were enemies, we were made enemies, and it's just tragic if you ask me. I hope that one day, peace will be restored, and we'll all be like we were before. I hope that one day 🇦🇿🤝🇦🇲

However, i also have to say that i found this animation to be choppier than others you made, especially at the part where iran and turkey were playing chess. But again, don't take this as an insult, rather you should take this as a tip! Good luck animating!
The choppy asthenic is more on purpose its not that I am lazy to draw more frames. But i have to agree some parts look too choppy maybe because all my animation programs kept lagging and messing with the frame rate i couldn't see what i was doing and some parts of the video came out bad.for me atleast
