    Thanks good vid mate, the only thing i could think of would be noise comparisons? I picked up the slick black style one today. I preferred the black one too but very close decision, it was a tough call. 🙂☕♨️
    Next got to get a milk frother. Ps also comparisons on what other pods yhat arent nespresso that still fit in with them that people could try.

    I bought the mini black one today. It comes with a box with 14 pods to taste different flavours. I put pod inside and run water twice so expresso is not too concentrated (my option). Really like it. Water hot. Does the job. Good for my office.

    If you take the Pixie , Citiz and the Essence Mini (and even the Magimix)....all pod machines with 19 bar pressure .... would I right be in assuming the espresso will taste exactly the same ?
    If so you seem to pay more just for the look of the machine and how big a cup you can fit under the machine .

    • @A2BProductions
      @A2BProductions  Před 4 lety +2

      That's a really good question! I'll include a taste test when I compare the Essenza with the Citiz but I'd imagine that there's a lot involved like quality of the components, brew time, even amount of coffee being used if we're talking about more than just Nespresso. Will do a little more research but maybe someone with more technical knowledge will be able to chip in with a better answer here.

    Thanks for your review. I'm thinking buying Krups. It's been sold with a discount at a local store. I just would like to mention that while both of the machines are Nespresso Essenza Mini, the Magimix's submodel is D30 and Krups' - C30. That's where difference in their form comes from.

    • @A2BProductions
      @A2BProductions  Před 3 lety +5

      Hi there. We did notice a difference to be honest in that the bigger machines - citiz etc. - seemed to produced a more full bodied coffee (less watery) with a thicker crema.

    Is there a noise difference? Which one is quiter?

  • @KennethPaul
    @KennethPaul Před 4 lety +5

    The honest answer is that there is no difference between them other than design. Neither machine is made by magimix or krups they are made by a company for Nespresso who krups and magimix have licensed their name to since they are two brands synonymous with coffee in the UK, the same machines would be branded delonghi in the USA since that's the more common brand, but the only input magimix and or krups have is the design of the exterior the internals are the same and they are built in the same factory like all of Nespresso machines bar the latissima and creatista I believe

    Small question, I too bought a pre-own Nespresso original machine. Did you clean it prior to using the machine (running the water through the machine) ? If so how do you do that ? My machine is your "Krups" machine, it's on it's way and I pray the previous owner sends me the manual as well.

    • @A2BProductions
      @A2BProductions  Před 3 lety +1

      Hi there, to run water through to clean it you could just press the lungo button and run a couple of cycles through with no pod in. You could also descale it to remove any limescale using a descaling kit. We have a video showing how to descale on the channel if that helps.

      Hi there. We do have a descaling video on the channel but think for descaling the essenza mini you need to hold the espresso and lungo button together for 5 seconds - instead of 3 seconds like you do on the Citiz - then the process should be the same as is on the video - czcams.com/video/DrRc5AyQgyk/video.html That's what the online manual seems to state anyway, hope it helps.
