Good advise. I was an Accountant/ CPA for 21 years. Left 18 yrs ago and started Insurance Agency. Primarily helping Seniors with their Medicare Plan. I hired a CPA to do my business and personal taxes. They've experienced the same issues.

I appreciate your perspective but I think you are misinformed. Also here's an idea for your next video. After babysitting your employees and building them up, I wonder what's your thoughts movie when the new law about non-compete clauses goes into effect in your valuable employees that you've taken so much time in training and cuddling and asking them about their day. What will you do when they stab you in the back and go off and start their own business just to wipe you out. If you want good obedient employees you better break their spirit now. If you don't you might have a Twitter revolt and you won't be able to fend them off. Or take a look at any number of colleges around the country right now and see what the students are doing. You can't make your employees think they have any power.
