I'm 65 years old, been playing since I was 9 or so I thought, then just yesterday I found you and realized what playing guitar is supposed to sound like. Hope you never stop.

Right on one count, wrong on two!
Right it's a wonderful piece of guitar playing.
Wrong first because 'heaven' is a spiritual dimension inhabited by spirit beings - angels and demons - it's not for people.
We are mortal, and the Bible says that we will sleep in death, and after the resurrection we will be judged - some will be cast into the lake of fire, which is the second death, others will receive eternal and embodied life in the kingdom of God on a new earth.
Much of the the church promotes lies and pagan teachings on the subject NOT found in the Bible - read it for yourself!
And wrong second because George Harrison is lost and will be cast into the lake of fire - the kingdom of God is only for those who've acknowledged, put their trust in, and followed Christ.

That guitar is indeed weeping from the beautiful way Gabriella is playing this song. One of my favorite and Gabriella is superb.
As a guitarist who’s been playing for over 40 years, I will tell you that this is one of the hardest pieces I’m ever had to learn, and one of the hardest pieces I’ve ever had play, and she plays it very well well done, young lady
Seemed a bit stiff(it was a long time ago); wouldn't be a challenge now in 2024.
I think Mr. George Harrison (...and his friend Eric Clapton!) would be VERY proud of Gabriella's treatment of this classic song.
As of this writing, Gabriella is 19, and has been playing for only 7 years...and she's self-taught. Her dexterity is amazing...and she's just getting started. A natural talent, she's headed for greatness.
dang I've played for over 45 years very impressed with her talent. May she have a long enjoyable career and never forget her roots. All the Best to Her. She is a very dedicated person, this is a treat to listen to yet alone watch. May she make some videos that go main stream and some big $$$$$

Not actually self-taught...her dad was an accomplished guitarist and brought her through the fundamentals. If you watch her videos several times, concentrating on first one hand, then the other it's clear her technical skill is first rate which is what allows her to do what she wants to do.

For those of you who don't understand, she is also adding the singing notes not just the music notes. And not many people can do that.

Yeah. I'm into that style. I've been trying to figure out the notes of songs and I've seen I'm good at making the melody like she does (like the voice but into the guitar) and sometimes the actual guitar notes, it's fun

I think we have to reconsider a couple of things here.
First of all, music taste is absolutely subjective. There is a reason we have so much different music in our world. Jazz, rock, funk, metalcore or whatever floats your boat. Music is music and I feel that we should all be open and understanding towards our less preferred musical tastes.
Arguing about what musical period was the "best" is, in my opinion, a little silly. While music has in many ways changed over the years, it has still, in many ways remained the same.
Our society might go through different phases where most people generally prefer a certain type of music, but there will always be certain individuals who can bring something new and creative to the table. The Beatles consisted of a group of innovative pioneers who went beyond the musical norm and did things that nobody had ever dreamed of doing. People like these are the reason why music is "changing" and that is the main reason why The Beatles achieved such great success.
But when they broke up, was that the end of it? Was music going to stop evolving? No it was not. As long as there are sounds to be made, songs to be written and musical ideas to realize, music will still keep changing!
But that is just my perspective, any thoughts?

Very nice! There are so many versions of this song on CZcams, but yours strikes a wonderful balance of complexity and simplicity that is just perfect for those of us who are trying to learn a fingerstyle version. Some versions are just too bloody difficult, and others just too basic. Bravo!
Agreed. Music is a balm to the soul, not intended as a mathematical or academic contest. Not saying that those things don't count as well, but first, it is here for all of us to celebrate at whatever level we can! -and i always wish mine was more! :)

Fantastic arrangement, perfection. Some people can play music, but few people can make a sound and a arrangement that is so unique, it stands on it's own as if had never been played before. You captured that.

Usually you give that beautiful smile a couple of times in a song and it is beautiful, this time you attempted a smile, but it was obvious you were so immersed in the playing that your focus was never removed. This tune was published in 2013. She has continued to grow musically (as good as this is). Since that time, she has ditched the plastic finger and thumb picks, giving her sound an improved mellow tone. Picks are just chucks of plastic between a musician and her/his instrument.
