I’m not from D.C. so I can’t really say if everyone feared Wayne or not. I’m from Rochester, NY and there were a lot high profile killers up here as well. I’m going off of common sense. Just out of respect for D.C. and using logic, there is no way that one dude or even a crew of Wayne Perry’s had everybody shook. Doesn’t make sense. High profile killers get killed all the time.
