Once I met someone as cool as Teuchi, he had the best enchiladas in the city and it was my favorite site to go eat as well as my gf's. He ALWAYS offered us a free extra order when we had finished and it was just the perfect place. Sadly he went back to his home town and we have never found a place that fills our hearts and our bellies like that restaurant.
Naruto Kai solves that Issue for the most part. Stupid ass flashbacks... They make sense when you see the original release schedule though (so many fillers and breaks)

It's always a bit surprising how the Toad's prophecy uses a symbolic language. A man whose powers lie in his eyes? It could be not only Sasuke, and the show proved it.
I've said it man times but thank fking god Tsunade as a character was always kept relevant. Kishimoto dropped the ball so many times with female characters but Tsunade was always up there.

She probably meant the past with how the clan became distant from the government.
I think the only people who knew were the Third Hokage, Danzo, and the two elders. Tsunade was probably out of the loop along with everyone else.
