I think I hate this tool. We have been trying for days to remove bitdefender from one of our computers and every time we use their own uninstallers we get its completed, we reboot and then try to install the paid current version only to only get the lite version with an error of "uninstall your current app" and it indicates it needs to uninstall itself. We are just about absolutely done with it....but it apparently isn't done with us! I'd uninstall and request a refund for it all but THAT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE. The program doesn't show up in control panel after we run the uninstallers, it seems everything is gone but nope. It will not install.

this really helped my app was glitched i coulnd see it in control panel or in settings not even be able to open it i even manualy uninstalled the files in registry! and still get the bad and annoying notifications this was so helpfull thank you very much!!

I bought the program and tried to install it but said the program was incompatible so I could not install it. But it left the agent in the computer and could not uninstall because it wants to uninstall the software that never installed. Ridiculous

I tried getting it away from the add and remove settings, didnt work, so i used control pannel and it worked.. thanks... this anti-virus is one of the worst ever!
